T is for Thalassa, Greek personification of the sea.

~+~+~+~

This is part of a Photoshop Class assignment that we have. Essentially, we have to pick a theme, and then find a magazine picture or draw a drawing for each letter of the alphabet.

I chose the theme: Greek gods and goddesses. Because I love Greek mythology, and I'm stupid enough to draw 26 of them. I'm even taking it one step farther: eventually, I'll have 52 of them drawn to create a full deck of cards. Fun X).

I'm very displeased with this picture. It was rushed (since I had a ton of homework aside from Photoshop), and overall... it just... I don't know... I don't like it. I'm sorry ;-;.

I've been kinda depressed about my art lately... when I look back on my other deities, I'm still... displeased. Bah. I hate art blocks.

*sighs* Oh well.

It's lovely =).. It looks like she's sitting on the biggest seaweed thing (I lost the word for it.. plant-thingmabob) because it's the same shape as a chair (or whatever they sit on in the sea) would be.. It's nice =)
